A major cosmetics company, gave us a bid for a pump on the morning of March 3.
The problem was the delivery time, as they needed the pump by Thursday the 5th.
We contacted our usual suppliers to confirm delivery times.
On Tuesday the 3rd, we received the order confirmation late in the afternoon.
On Thursday afternoon at 17h the equipment was recovered at our facilities and by urgent transport, door to door, it was delivered the same day, around 20h at the customer’s home.
It will not always be possible, but we will certainly try.
