Gran capacidad de intercambio de temperatura en espacio reducido. Dise\u00f1o con doble camisa, lo que permite un gran rendimiento a bajas revoluciones. Gracias a la baja velocidad y al dise\u00f1o de entrada y salida tangenciales, no da\u00f1a el producto (no emulsiona, no rompe trozos, etc.). Muy bajo mantenimiento, con un solo cierre mec\u00e1nico , al que no se toca en caso de inspecci\u00f3n interna del equipo.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Equipo con dise\u00f1o higi\u00e9nico, que permite procesos de esterilizaci\u00f3n o envasado as\u00e9ptico en fr\u00edo.
