For applications where non-sticky powders such as Silica, Activated Carbon, HPMC, Coconut, Flour, etc. may form lumps and can be dispensed by a rotor-stator system. High viscosity products and products that are difficult to dissolve can be injected directly into the <strong>Ytron-Y<\/strong> bypass without lump formation. In this way, instant dissolution or suspension is achieved. Direct directed jetting homogeneously mixes the product in the total volume of the batch. The powder can be fed manually into the hopper or by silo or big-bag, as the valve opens and the negative pressure generated at the <strong>Ytron-Y<\/strong> inlet pushes the powder downwards, dispersing it instantly and homogeneously in the liquid. Once all the powder has entered, the valve is closed to prevent the entry of air or liquid backflow. In some cases, when the solid is of low density, it can be sucked directly from a bag or other container without generating dust. In these cases, a certain amount of air is required to ensure fluidization of the powdered product.<\/p>\n<p>Optional <strong>Y-HS<\/strong> (high shear) <strong>design<\/strong>. In this case in the Y-HS shaker the solids are sheared in a definitive way in the tank.
