Introducing the Ytron Z series homogenizer , its features are as follows:

  • Dispersion and emulsification in a single step, reducing time and maintaining product quality.
  • The forced passage through the Z reactor allows repeatability.
  • Also for shear-sensitive products, such as yogurt, whey, fresh cheese, cream cheese, always at low rpm.
  • It also has experience in homogenizing aromatic oils in liquids.
  • The high speed rotation allows to reduce the particle size down to approx. 1 µm.
  • Capable of mounting up to 3 rotor-stators, in the same body, without modifications.
  • Sanitary design, ideal for the food, cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry.
  • In many cases it is possible to replace a homogenizer, reducing operating, energy and maintenance costs.
