Viking Hygienic offers solutions for our customers by offering different designs and ideas, including our new Revolution™, rotary lobe and rotary piston pumps, for applications in the beverage, biotech, chemical and industrial, dairy, food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.

Since its inception, Viking Hygienic has focused and grown through the innovation and quality of its pumps.

In 1977 the company Evro Johnson Pumps was formed to manufacture positive displacement lobe pumps. In 1983, the company moved to its present premises in Eastbourne (East Sussex, UK) and in 1989 the name was changed to Johnson Pump UK and in 1992 the company was bought by IDEX CORPORATINO, as a division of Viking Pump Inc.

In 1996 Wright Pump Company was founded in Muskego WI-USA, to manufacture rotary piston pumps including its own foundry to cast W808 anti-friction material, very suitable for pumps where very close tolerances are needed, such as rotary piston pumps.

In 2008, the company WRIGHT FLOW TECHNOLOGIES was founded, which includes the manufacturing, design and engineering department for centrifugal, lobe and rotary piston sanitary pumps. The location was changed to Cedar Falls where Viking Pump’s U.S. headquarters is located .
