In-line mixers for mixing liquids and gases during a continuous process
With the PRIMIX static in-line mixer you can create a homogeneous mixture of liquids and gases in a continuous process. This takes place entirely without moving parts, which means that no mechanical elements or additional feed are required. For this reason, static mixers are also called inline mixers without moving parts. Having no moving parts makes PRIMIX static mixers maintenance-free and the technical components of the process extremely safe.
Low energy consumption
In industrial applications, liquids and gases are moved through pipelines. The energy required for this, in the form of pressure, is generated by a pump or compressor. Energy consumption is a significant cost for a process. In addition to homogeneity, PRIMIX also calculates the expected pressure drop in advance, so that an optimum design is created with very favorable (indirect) energy consumption.
Non-moving mixers are maintenance-free
What happens to the maintenance program after installing a static mixer or PRIMIX heat exchanger in a process? To be honest, there is no program at all. Due to its unique maintenance-free design, there is no need for a daily/weekly/monthly/annual preventive.
