History
1987
Joan Pujadas founder of the company and his wife Anna Uriach, start the project. RAIMABER in their home, using a room and transforming it into a personal office. Initially, the company was dedicated to the commercialization of industrial pumps and other different accessories, such as truck bodies or accessories for lashing loads. The beginnings are always difficult, until one does not see and understand what can be its position in the market.
That same year, the company received its first order for a Waukesha model 15U1 pump for the pharmaceutical industry.
1991
The company sees clearly where it should and can concentrate, and decides to bet on the world of pumps and the exclusive distribution of the firm WAUKESHA CHERRY BURRELL, helps to make the decision to invest in the expansion and growth of the company, and buys an apartment in the center of town in l’Ametlla del Vallès. With a commercial space of 80 m2 for offices and a small warehouse for spare parts.
That year, the decision was made to grow and invest, and staff was hired to reinforce the work started by Joan and Anna.
2001
The growth of the company and the good expectations for the future, makes us take the decision to invest in a new location of the offices, which is also accompanied in an increase of surface in the warehouse, and we change the headquarters to La Garriga, with a space of 150 m2 in offices, 150 m3 in warehouse and 150 m2 in warehouse for large industrial process equipment. This change helps us to be more efficient and improve logistics, as well as a substantial improvement for the commercial department.
2002
With the intention to diversify and grow, the decision was made to expand the product range and we started working with the American company VAUGHAN specialist in grinder pumps.
2006
The evolution of the market and changes in the multinationals, forced us to take the decision to end the relationship with WAUKESHA CHERRY-BURRELL and start a new project with IDEX – JOHNSON PUMPS and IDEX – WRIGHT PUMPS. Subsequently, both companies are merged into the current group Viking Hygienic.
2008
We reached an agreement with TERLET for the distribution of the TERLOTHERM scraped surface heat exchanger. In the same year, we also reached an agreement with SAWA to distribute their products for Spain and Portugal.
2010
After the interest of our customers in solutions for in-line homogenization and for the mixing of powders into liquids, we have reached an exclusive distribution agreement for the following equipments YTRONequipment, both for powder to liquid mixers and in line homogenizers.
2012
We start the exclusive distribution of the company FTI – FINISH THOMPSON INC
2013
We terminate our relationship with PIONEER PUMP and enter into a distribution agreement with the Dutch company BBAalso manufacturer and specialist in self-priming and self-priming pumps, fixed or mobile.
2015
To complete the range of grinder pumps, we have reached the agreement to distribute the company LIBERTY PUMPS specialists in submersible grinder pumps
2017
The interest of our customers in the pneumatic diaphragm pumps, opens the possibility to start the commercial relationship with the company DELLMECOto complete our range of pneumatic pumps that we had with FTI-FINISH THOMPSON INC. We have a wide range of pneumatic diaphragm pumps, including: polypropylene, pvdf, high density PE (ATEX), aluminum, iron, stainless steel, polished stainless steel, and other assemblies such as dust pumps, high pressure, impulse counter, body heating, etc.
For different reasons, both commercial and strategic, the decision was taken to end the relationship with TERLET and we started a future project with the Portuguese company PERFINOX, which through its business line PERFIPROCESS starts manufacturing several types of machinery, from a PERFITHERM scraped surface heat exchanger, PERFILINE in-line mayonnaise manufacturing system, PERFITECH batch mayonnaise and other sauces manufacturing system and PERFICOOKER hot sauces processing system by means of an internal tank auger and vacuum.
2018
The good progress and growth of recent years, has allowed us to move forward and acquire the new headquarters, in a more comfortable industrial area, facilitating logistics (loading and unloading) and improving the possibilities for future growth as experts in pumps and industrial equipment and machines. Offices 180 m3 and warehouse 350 m2, with an available height of 10 m.
2019
To complete the range of positive displacement pumps, we reached an agreement as official suppliers of the company ITT BORNEMANNmanufacturer of sanitary double screw pumps, for the Spanish and Portuguese market.
2020
In the midst of the pandemic, we continued to move forward and reached an agreement with the company ASCO, manufacturer of peristaltic pumps. VALISIas distributors for Spain and Portugal.
2021
We changed the supplier of static mixers. Since our beginnings, we have been distributing KOMAX static mixers. In a strategic move, to improve delivery times and prices, without lowering the quality of supply, from March 2021 we are the official distributor for Spain of the Dutch company PRIMIXspecialists in static mixers.
2021
Looking for suppliers to provide solutions for difficult applications, since July 2021 we have reached an agreement to distribute the piston pumps ZP ARROWspecialists in sanitary and industrial piston pumps for high viscosity products.
