An important cosmetic company gave us a quotation for a pump on the morning of March 3. The problem was the delivery time, as they needed the pump for Thursday the 5th. We contacted our usual suppliers to confirm delivery times. On Tuesday the 3rd, we received confirmation of the order late in the afternoon. On Thursday afternoon at 17h the equipment was retrieved at our facilities and by express transport, door to door, was delivered the same day, around 20h at the customer’s home. It will not always be possible, but we will certainly try. We would like to thank all our suppliers for their support, without them we would not have been possible.
