It has a compression ratio (motor: pumping piston) of 2:1 so it is capable of pumping medium-high viscosity products with good flow rate. It is an economical, yet practical and versatile pneumatic pump. Suitable for solvents, paints, polymers in solution or in aqueous emulsion of low and medium viscosity, up to 20,000 / 30,000 CPS (viscosity measurement made with Brookfield viscometer needle 5). Weighs only 8 kg. Can be inserted into closed drums with 2 ″ gas threaded orifice Variable flow allows you to adjust the flow rate of the pump itself by adjusting the air supply with the needle valve. The pump can also be supplied as standard with S (short) tubing. The tubing is mainly made of stainless steel. The seals are made of high quality virgin PTFE. The upper part of the motor body is made of stainless steel, special aluminum and brass.
