Application 1. We have just supplied a VAUGHAN grinder pump for a nursing home in Móstoles. pump model S4P. The pump has been working since July 1st without clogging… At the time, there had been problems of clogging with fibers, hairs, cellulose, kitchen waste, etc… Moreover, as the installed pumps were not working properly, the basements of the residence had been flooded, with the consequent inconveniences.
Application 2. In December 2005 we supplied 1 JOHNSON PUMP UK pump of the STERILOBE series for the pumping of WHIPPED CREAM at DURAN & HIDALGO, an industrial bakery manufacturer, with this pump we are pumping whipped cream from a hopper to the production line without damaging the product.
Application 3. In July 2007, we supplied a Viking Hygienic pump model 2200 TRA 10 to the company INPRALSA in Miajadas, for pumping tomato sauce with particulates.Previously, they were using a TRI-LOBULAR pump and after several tests, it was confirmed that the product was damaged due to the shearing effect of the tri-lobular pump, both for pumping tomato sauce with cubes and tomato sauce with particulates: ratatouille, bolognese, etc.
