This takes place entirely without moving parts, which means that no mechanical elements or additional feed are required. For this reason, static mixers are also called inline mixers without moving parts. Having no moving parts makes PRIMIX static mixers maintenance-free and the technical components of the process extremely safe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Low energy consumption<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In industrial applications, liquids and gases are moved through pipelines. The energy required for this, in the form of pressure, is generated by a pump or compressor. Energy consumption is a significant cost for a process.
